LaughThread - Bulk Order Terms and Conditions
1. Order Confirmation
The order is confirmed only after the customer provides a signed and stamped confirmation of these Terms and Conditions.A 50% advance payment is required to initiate the order, and the remaining 50% must be paid on the delivery date.
2. Order Processing & Delivery
The estimated delivery time will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Any delay due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply chain issues, strikes, natural disasters) will be informed in advance.
3. Customization & Approval
Customers must provide finalized designs, logos, and specifications before production begins. A demo/sample will be shared for approval, and production will start only after the customer’s confirmation Once production starts, no further changes can be made to the design or quantity.
4. Payment Terms
Payments must be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cheque as per the provided details. Late payments may result in penalties or delay in order processing.
5. Returns & Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product has a manufacturing defect. If there are any defects, the customer must report them within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
6. Intellectual Property
The customer ensures that all logos and designs provided do not violate any copyright or trademark laws. LaughThreads is not responsible for any legal disputes related to customer-provided designs.
7. Liability & Indemnification
LaughThreads is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss due to order delays. The customer agrees to indemnify LaughThreads against any legal claims arising from the use of provided designs.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of your location’s court.
